Payment Information We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. C.O.D. shipments must be paid by cashier's check or money order. Personal checks and company checks accepted only by prior approval. If you prefer to send a personal check, or a company check, in advance of shipment, it must clear the bank before shipping the order. Shipping Information Primary shippers include UPS, Fed Ex, and the U.S. Postal Service. Roadway Express handles truck shipments. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and
other U.S. territories, best available service is used unless specified by customer. International shipments are arranged through local freight forwarders. On all international shipments, duty and value added taxes are the
responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are based on published tariffs by the particular carrier. Any item that required crating for truck freight shipments will have the crating charge listed separately. Returns There is a 30 day time frame for returning orders, beginning one day after shipping date. Do not return anything without calling or faxing first. Electrical and special order items are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable. A 15% restocking fee will be applied. See question #5 in the FAQ / FYI section. Warranties
Rebuilt transmissions, transfer cases, and axles carry a 12 month / 12,000 mile workmanship
warranty. This covers the rebuilding aspect of the unit. If there is a failure of the unit due to the incorrect rebuilding procedures, the unit is warranted 100%, except for removal and installation labor. If teeth are broken off of gears, or if low oil, no oil, or wrong oil situation occurs, or if water is present, there is
NO warranty. If you are instructed to ship the unit back, drain the oil. Do not disassemble unit - this would negate any warranty consideration. Engines - 12 month / 12,000 mile warranty. As to
rebuilt motors, if a problem occurs , call before any removal of motor begins. All rebuilt motors are shipped with a high heat tab installed. Never reuse the old radiator or water pump. Have your radiator boiled
and rodded out, and use a new water pump. An overheated engine will NOT be warranted under any circumstance. Cores / Core Charges |
